For the last few months I’ve been trying to define what I loved most about my experience in early stage startups. I hadn’t realized that what I enjoyed so much had a title: Business Design. These interviews summed it up perfectly. It’s so satisfying to translate business needs into a language that can inspire technical and creative team members.

It sounds like Miki, Carl, and Vaughn all had different paths to Business Design. Any suggestions for those considering that path?
