Excel has a print function that works fairly well. You can actually use that print function to export your visualizations as a PDF as well, which seems to be a format many organizations are comfortable with. I frequently will use screenshots if I’m not concerned about having a high-def image.

One thing to keep in mind: Always run a test export first. There are occasionally small bugs in Excel that can cause your exported file to not look the way that you intended.
